Our Deer Cabin is our second home; we are not a conglomerate of properties.  We are a retired couple who own and manage Our Deer Cabin.  When you inquire to book, you will immediately notice the absence of additional fees. No service fees, no commission fees, nor any cleaning fees.  Reason being, we perform every aspect of servicing the cabin.  From the booking process, to cleaning, maintenance and repair, and then pay the necessary fees and taxes to all third parties . This allows us to keep costs down for you, but don't take our word for it..., shop and compare. We do have Our Deer Cabin listed on other booking sites, but soon you will realize the cost savings among other comparable properties when you book through this website.

Our Deer Cabin is a complete home with 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full baths, which accommodates 8 persons comfortably.  The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with a forest feel, but truly is minutes away from the main strip of restaurants, local shops, and golf courses. It's also about 40 minutes away from Ski Apache. 

It also has a 7 person capacity hot tub.  The cabin has centralized gas heating and refrigeration cooling available at your fingertips.  Personalized temporary entry codes makes it easy on everyone to check-in, come and go as you please, and check-out without having to deal with keys. The electronic lock activates the water heater and the climate control thermostat for your maximum comfort.

The master bedroom has its own television, a jetted tub, and a private access to a balcony and front porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishware along with the most commonly used kitchen appliances.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a smoke/heat detector alarm. In addition, for your safety there is a fire extinguisher at every exit and a First-Aid kit under the kitchen sink.

You will enjoy the mountain view from every angle, but especially from the top deck. Equipped with 2 round tables, 8 chairs along with a bench for your comfort, seat cushions along with a patio umbrella in the storage closet, and access into the kitchen/dinette area creates a blissful feeling.

The hot tub previously mentioned is located on the lower semi-private deck surrounded with bench seating making it fun for the entire family. The water is carefully treated to provide appropriate sanitation while maintaining a balanced softening feel to your skin. The temperature may be adjusted as necessary depending on your preference.
